🔒 Why things are rank-locked
The controlled substances, fentanyl, morphine, propofol, tramadol, vicodin, are gated behind rank on purpose. A brand new paramedic cannot walk out with a pocket full of fentanyl on their first shift.
Every price, item and rank requirement is editable in shared/config/shops.lua. You can add your own shops as new point types in the hospital creator.
💊 The pharmacy
Separate from these, the pharmacy is open to everyone, sells over-the-counter medicine, and fills prescriptions.
