🔍 Finding a patient
Search by name or citizen ID. The list can be filtered to Citizens or Callout patients.
📄 A patient's profile

📑 What one record contains
Every treatment session saves a full record automatically:

| Procedures | CPR, defibrillation, surgery, transfusions |

| Vitals, final | How they left |
| Disposition | Fit, rest, crutches, wheelchair |

You never have to write any of this by hand. The record builds itself as you work, the report at discharge is just the moment it gets signed.
📝 Notes
Any medic with Edit records permission can add a note to a patient's profile. Use it for allergies, chronic conditions, repeat behaviour, or anything the next medic should know.

🔗 MDT integration
Records are pushed to your MDT automatically, kartik-mdt, lb-tablet or ps-mdt.
They are always stored inside this resource as well. If you change MDT later, nothing is lost.
Your MDT or CAD can also pull them directly:

🗑️ Retention
Records are kept forever by default. Server owners can set ServerConfig.RecordRetentionDays to prune them automatically.
📄 Pagination
Long lists are paged, 15 rows per page by default (Config.UI.tabletPageSize, 5–50).
