Photos & Listings
Properties can carry photos that show on their listing in the market, and furniture has generated thumbnails in the shop. This page covers the media side of listings.
Property photos
- Owners / permitted staff (
UPLOAD_PHOTOS) can add photos to a property. - Photos appear on the property's listing in the market and on the tablet property page, helping buyers/renters see the interior before committing.
- The first listing photo is also used as the default thumbnail when a layout is published to the Layout Marketplace.
Listings
A property with a listing (For Sale / For Rent) surfaces in:
- F7 → Listings / Market: the public browse view (photos, interior, garage, stash, price/rent).
- Map blips and door prompts near the property.
Listing actions (list, set price, discount, viewing key, close deal) are permission-gated, see Companies & Roles and Buying, Selling & Auctions.
Furniture thumbnails
The furniture shop shows a thumbnail per catalogue item. These are generated with the admin command:
kpp_genimages- Images are written under
build/images/furniture/. - Run it after adding new furniture models to the catalogue. → Commands
Furniture images live outside the Vite build output folder so a UI rebuild
(npx vite build) doesn't wipe them.
