Compatibility
Kartik Properties talks to your server through a bridge layer that is
auto-selected at runtime. All bridge files live in
bridge/ and are open (escrow-ignored), so you can add or edit adapters.

Banking
Society funds, maintenance charges, and real estate payouts integrate automatically with:

Interaction / Targeting
- ox_target and qb-target are both supported for in-world prompts.
- Where no target resource is present, the resource falls back to an ox_lib TextUI + key prompt automatically.
Clothing / Wardrobe
The internal wardrobe works out of the box. To use an external clothing
resource instead (Config.Clothing.Mode = 'external'), a bridge is provided for:
- tgiann-clothing
- illenium-appearance
- fivem-appearance
- qb-clothing

Phone & Housing Apps
Kartik Properties natively integrates with smartphone housing applications:
- 17mov_Phone: Full Housing App integration (property inventory, key sharing/revoking, remote door locking). See 17mov Phone Setup.
- SD-Phone: Full Homes App integration (property inventory, key sharing/revoking, remote door locking). See SD-Phone Setup.
Official Out-of-the-Box Support Coming Soon: Pull requests and official integration updates have been submitted to both 17mov_Phone and SD-Phone, so manual bridge edits will soon no longer be required.
Optional integrations
- xsound: required for custom doorbell audio and per-listener volume control (without it, doorbells fall back to a fixed-volume stock chime).
- Dispatch: monitored alarm tiers and raids ping your dispatch/MDT flow.
