1. Find a property with a blip or a For Sale / For Rent door prompt.
2. Press F7 → Listings (or press the door prompt) to view details.
3. Choose Buy, Bid, or Lease. Rentals may require a deposit + first cycle upfront. → Buying, Selling & Auctions · Renting & Leases

1. New characters may be offered a starter apartment on spawn, or find one flagged as a starter.

• Walk to the door and use the [E] Enter prompt. Inside, the door prompt is [E] Leave and [H] Decorate.
• At a shared entrance (apartment building) you'll get a unit picker; buildings with 12+ units open a searchable building directory.

• Press L near the door, or radial → Property → Lock / Unlock.

Decorate / place furnitureCopy Anchor Link

1. Stand inside your property.
2. Radial → Property → Decorate to open the furniture modeler (freecam + gizmo). Buy pieces, place them, Save.

Add storage, a wardrobe, or camerasCopy Anchor Link

• Radial → Property → Stash Point / Wardrobe Point / Cameras / Motion Sensors, then place the point in the world. Open it later by walking up to it and pressing E. → Stashes · Wardrobe · Cameras

• Enter your property's garage (a garage point or an IPL garage) and pick store or a listed vehicle to retrieve. → Garages
