Job Hub (Classic mode)

In Classic mode there's no company, the housing market is run by a realtor job. The Job Hub gives that job company-parity management inside the tablet: dashboard, sales, customers, leases, statements, employees, roles, and starters.

Open it from F7 → "Real Estate Job" section.

Scoping, by job nameCopy Anchor Link

The Job Hub is multi-job by design. Every job listed in Config.Classic.Jobs gets its own hub and its own society account (Config.Classic.JobAccounts[job] or the job name; the default realestate resolves to Config.Classic.RevenueAccount).

State stock created by a realtor is stamped with that realtor's account, so sale/rent revenue routes back to the right job's books.

Permissions, by framework job gradeCopy Anchor Link

Instead of custom roles, permissions attach to framework job grades (kp_job_grade_perms), reusing the same KP.Perm bitflags as companies.

• The boss grade, the job's highest grade, or Config.Classic.BossGrades[job] bypasses every check. It's the grade that configures the others.
• For jobs, the relevant flags are: VIEW_LEDGER, DEPOSIT, WITHDRAW, MANAGE_ROLES, HIRE, FIRE, plus MANAGE_STARTER and BUILD_PROPERTY.
• Configure per-grade permissions in the Job Hub → Roles screen (boss grade).

Money & booksCopy Anchor Link

• The job's money is its society account (read/debited through the banking bridge).
• Since society accounts have no readable history, the Job Hub keeps its own ledger (kp_job_ledger): deposits, withdrawals, and sale/rent revenue.
• Hire / promote / fire run through the framework's job functions.

• Sales: what the job has sold (accrues from install forward; no historical backfill).
• Building Inventory groups the job's stock by building, with drill-down, bulk rent-setting, and + Add units to expand a building.

Migrating company stock into a jobCopy Anchor Link

If you switch a server from Block to Classic mode, company-owned rows would be orphaned (the company hub is dormant, the Job Hub only shows state stock).

The Admin panel provides a "Company → Job Migration" tool (classic-only): it lists companies with remaining company-owned property/lease counts and re-homes them onto a classic realtor job (company → state under the job's account). Company funds are not moved; tenants are unaffected. See Admin Registry.
