Commands & Keys
Kartik Properties is deliberately light on slash commands, almost everything is reached from the tablet UI, the radial menu, or door keybinds. This page lists every command, keybind, and console tool.
Player keybinds
Rebindable in GTA/FiveM Settings → Key Bindings → FiveM.
| Action | Default key | Keybind name | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|
| Open property registry (tablet) | F7 | kp_open | Opens the main property tablet (Home). |
| Open admin registry | (unbound) | kp_open_admin | Opens the Admin Registry (staff/admin only). |
| Lock / Unlock nearest door | L | kp_lock | Toggles the lock on the nearest property door (unit-aware at shared entrances). Silent when no door is near. |
| Talk to Smart Assistant (Lumen) | I | lumen (key mapping) | Voice/mic trigger for the in-home assistant when inside a property that has Lumen. |
The Property entry in the ox_lib radial menu is the always-present entry point. It contextually shows Registry, Create Property, decorate tools, and door actions depending on where you're standing, see the radial menu section below.
Player commands
| Command | Access | Description |
|---|---|---|
/propadmin | Staff / admin | Opens the Admin Registry tablet (same as the kp_open_admin keybind). |
/lumen [text] | Inside a property with Lumen | Talk to the Smart Assistant. With no argument it opens the mic overlay; with text (e.g. /lumen turn off lights) it runs that command directly. |
Radial menu
Open the ox_lib radial → Property. The submenu rebuilds based on context (outside vs inside a property, whether you can decorate, and mode/permissions).
Always shown
- Registry: open the tablet Home.
- Admin Registry: shown to state/approver/admin identities.
Outside a property (only if you're allowed to build here, a realtor in Classic mode, or a company builder standing on their block in Block mode)
- Create Property: launches the creation wizard.
Inside a property you may decorate (decorate set)
- Decorate: open the furniture modeler.
- Stash Point: place an invisible stash point.
- Wardrobe Point: place a wardrobe point.
- Cameras: manage CCTV cameras.
- Motion Sensors: manage motion sensors.
- Doorbell: pick the doorbell sound.
- Utilities: manage utilities & services.
Near a door (street side)
- Lock / Unlock: toggle the door lock.
- Lockpick: attempt to pick the lock (needs a lockpick item + skill check).
- Tamper Breaker: cut power at the circuit box (intruder action).
- Restore Power: restore power (managers).
- Set Doors: (walk-in only) pick the real door entities for a walk-in property.

Debug commands are intended for development. Leave Config.Debug = false
