SD-Phone Setup
kartik-properties natively integrates with SD-Phone's Homes App, allowing players to view their owned and leased properties, inspect active keyholders, grant/revoke keys, and toggle door locks directly from the phone.
Official Integration Notice: Native support for kartik-properties is built directly into SD-Phone. If you are running a recent version of SD-Phone, it is supported out-of-the-box. Otherwise, follow the manual setup guide below.
Features Supported
- 🏠 Property Inventory: Displays all citizen-owned properties, rented units, and properties where the player holds keys.
- 🔑 Key Management: Grant keys to nearby or online players directly through the phone interface.
- 🚫 Revoke Keys: Remove keyholders in real-time with instant synchronization.
- 🔒 Remote Door Lock: Lock and unlock property doors remotely from the Homes app.
- 📍 GPS Waypoints: Set a GPS waypoint directly to the property's physical entrance.
⚙️ Installation & Setup
Step 1: Configure SD-Phone
Open sd-phone/configs/housing.lua and set System to 'kartik-properties' (or ensure 'kartik-properties' is in Resources for auto-detection):
