Black Medic
An off-the-books doctor for gang members. No hospital, no questions asked.
The gang needs the Black Medic upgrade ($90,000), and the member needs the Black Medic permission.
🏥 Getting treated
- Find a medic. They're marked Black Medic on the map and on the tablet map.
- Walk up to the medic and choose to get treated.
- If your server charges for treatment, confirm the price.
- Wait through the 10-second treatment.
- You're fully healed, and revived if you were down.
You can be treated once every 60 seconds.

- La Mesa Warehouse
- Grapeseed Farmhouse
- Del Perro Motel
Staff can add, move or remove medics in Admin → Medics.

In shared/underworld.lua under Medic:
