Turf Guards
"Armed guards that protect the gang owning their turf": place guard posts on any turf right from the panel, with no config edits or restarts.
🧭 Layout
- Left list: every guard with its turf, ped model and the gang that owns the turf right now (or Unowned). A Standing tag means the guard is in the world at the moment.
- Map: turfs drawn faintly for reference. Guard markers use the owning gang's colour; guards on unowned turfs are grey.
- Top bar: New guard.
➕ Creating a guard
- Open Turf Guards (under World) and press New guard.
- Enter a Label, for example Grove Street Lookout. Owners see it in their alerts.
- Ped model: the guard's look, for example
g_m_y_famca_01. The Quick pick buttons fill in the models fromGuards.Modelsinshared/hideout.lua. - Weapon: pick one, or leave Random from the config to use one of
Guards.Weaponsinshared/territory.lua. - Set the position. Place in world is the easiest way:
- The panel hides and a see-through copy of the guard follows your camera.
- Fly with WASD (SPACE / CTRL for up and down) and aim at the ground.
- Turn the guard with the mouse wheel (hold SHIFT for 1 degree steps).
- Press E to place it, or ESC to cancel.
- Turf: leave it on Turf it stands in, or pick a turf.
- Press Save. The guard takes its post for the owning gang within a few seconds.
Each guard post is one guard. Add more posts to guard a turf with more people.
You can also click the map (sets X and Y only) or press Use my position. Place in world is best because it sets the height and heading exactly.
