$50,000). - Seller & Buyer Identity Verification: Displays Full Names and Citizen IDs for both Seller and Buyer.
- Legal Terms & Validation: Enforces conditions (e.g., ownership passes immediately upon buyer signature; vehicle must remain in garage during transfer).
- Live Signatures: Displays real-time signature status (
SELLER, SIGNED,BUYER, AWAITING SIGNATURE). - Offer Expiration Countdown: Real-time timer (
Offer lapses in 0:57) preventing stale transfer requests. - Withdraw Offer Button: Allows the seller to pull back the transfer offer anytime before the buyer signs.
