The ERS Tablet
Open the tablet with /ers. There is no key by default. Set Config.Keys.tablet (for example 'F7'), or let players bind it in *Settings → Key Bindings → FiveM*.
With Kartik MDT V2 running, the tablet opens as the ERS app inside the MDT, so officers carry one tablet. Jobs without MDT access, like tow and mechanic, get the built-in tablet. See Installation.
The tablet has five pages.
Shift
Your shift, active callout and stations.
- Start your shift: pick a service and press Start shift.
- This shift: time on shift, callouts, stops, arrests and patients.
- Active callout: the call, its priority and progress (accepted → en route → on scene → cleared), with Set waypoint, Request backup and Clear callout. An active traffic stop or pursuit shows here too.
- Callout offers switch, Request callout and End shift.
- Stations: the jails and hospitals, each with a GPS button.
Callouts
Recent activity and dispatch.
- Recent activity: your last callouts, stops, pursuits and citations.
- Dispatch a callout (dispatchers only): pick a callout and a unit on shift, then press Send offer. Units that are busy are marked.
Dispatchers are players with the kartik-ers.dispatcher ace, or a job and minimum grade from Config.Dispatcher.jobs (police and EMS grade 3 by default).
Backup
Request and manage AI units.
- Request AI unit: patrol unit, ambulance, fire engine, tow truck, prisoner transport.
- Pursuit backup: light, medium, heavy, air (only during a pursuit), and Call off pursuit.
- Active units: who is responding, with Dismiss.

Records
People and vehicles you checked.
- This shift: everyone and every vehicle you checked during this shift (up to 30).
- Search name, ID or plate: find any ERS record.
- Person card: identity, licences, flags and warrant.
- Vehicle card: owner, registration, insurance, stolen or BOLO, and the contents if you searched it.
NPC ids look like ERS-1A2B3C4D. Records not seen for 14 days are deleted (Config.Records.retentionDays). MDT profiles are kept.
Stats
Career totals and leaderboard.
- Your totals: callouts accepted and completed, stops, pursuits, arrests, citations, patients and time on shift.
- Leaderboard: the top 10 units by callouts, stops and time.
