Installation Guide

Step 1: Download

Log in to the CFX Portal with the account you bought the script on.
Download kartik-gangs from Granted Assets.
Extract the zip.

Step 2: Add the resource

Place the folder in your server's resources:

resources/
└── [kartik]/
    └── kartik-gangs/
        ├── fxmanifest.lua
        ├── images/        ← item images
        ├── locales/       ← translations
        └── shared/        ← config files

Don't rename the folder. It must be called kartik-gangs.

Step 3: Framework line

Qbox: skip this step.
QBCore / ESX: open fxmanifest.lua and delete this line:

'@qbx_core/modules/playerdata.lua', -- For QBOX

Step 4: server.cfg

Open your server.cfg and make sure kartik-gangs starts after everything it uses:

ensure ox_lib
ensure oxmysql

# Framework
ensure qbx_core          # or qb-core / es_extended

# Inventory & target
ensure ox_inventory      # your inventory
ensure ox_target         # your target (optional)

# Your other scripts: garages, keys, fuel, dispatch, clothing...

# Gangs
ensure kartik-gangs

# Admin panel access
add_ace group.admin kartikgangs.admin allow

Step 5: Items

Add the gang items and images to your inventory:

📦 qb-inventory / ps-inventory / lj-inventory
📦 tgiann-inventory

Step 6: First start

Restart your server.
Watch the server console. On the very first start, the script creates its database tables and adds the starter content. See Database.
Join the server and type /gangadmin. The admin panel should open.
Follow Getting Started to create your first gang.

Step 7: Make it yours (optional)

What	Where
Open the tablet with a key	`shared/core.lua` → Tablet → Keybind
Discord logs	`shared/core.lua` → Webhooks
Turn features off	`shared/core.lua` → Features
Police job names	`shared/core.lua` → PoliceJobs
Your time zone	`shared/core.lua` → UtcOffset
Use your own garage script	`shared/garage.lua` → Mode
Corner selling drug items	Admin panel → Corners

🆘 Something not working?

Problem	Fix
Error about `qbx_core` on start	You're on QBCore / ESX. Do Step 3
`/gangadmin` does nothing	Give yourself admin access
Items show without images	Copy the images into your inventory's image folder
Using an item does nothing	Make sure the item exists in your inventory and the resource was restarted
