/tattoo- Permission: Unrestricted by default (controlled by
Config.AdminOnlyCommands). - Description: Opens the tattoo shop UI categorized by body zone (Torso, Head, Left Arm, Right Arm, Left Leg, Right Leg) to select, preview, buy, or remove tattoos.
