/puton hat
/takeoff[!NOTE] Removed pieces are remembered for the session. Running
/puton toprestores the exact drawable and texture previously removed, rather than stripping to bare defaults. WhenConfig.Inventory.Enabled = true, taking off a garment returns the clothing item back into the player's inventory.
🧤 Gloves
GTA draws gloves as part of the arms, so taking gloves off swaps the arms back to bare arms. Arms that already have no gloves (the standard arms 0 to 15) are treated as bare and are left alone.
For addon or custom gloves, you can list exactly which arms are gloves and which bare arms each one goes back to with Config.GloveArms in shared/config_inventory.lua (see Configuration). When that list is filled in, only the arms listed there count as gloves.
🔌 Turning The Commands Off
Already using another take off / put on script (for example FiveCode Clothing)? Set this in shared/config.lua and restart kartik-clothing:
Config.TakeoffCommands = false/takeoff and /puton are then not registered at all, so the other script's commands work without a clash. The default is true.
