Grants Tebex design package tokens to a player with Tebex transaction ID idempotency protection.

`packageId`	`string` \| `number`	No	Tebex Package ID.
`cidRef`	`string` \| `number`	No	Target Citizen ID or server source ID.
`transaction`	`string`	Yes	Tebex transaction ID for idempotency check.

Type	Description
`boolean`	`true` if grant was processed, `false` otherwise.

Returns the current design token credit balance for a player.

tebexRevoke

Revokes a previously issued Tebex credit grant for a package and transaction.
