- Solution: The Access Tool provides a professional, non-destructive way to unlock the vehicle for a thorough search.
🛠️ How it Works
- Approach a locked vehicle at a crime scene.
- Use the Access Tool via the interaction menu.
- A progress bar will play as the tool interfaces with the vehicle's computer/locking mechanism.
- Once complete, the doors are unlocked, and the investigator is granted temporary keys/access.
🕵️ Forensic Preservation
The Access Tool ensures that:
- Latent Prints on the door handles are preserved.
- Internal Evidence (like blood on the seats or discarded items in the glovebox) remains undisturbed until the investigator is ready to document them.
