Command names and the menu key are set in Config.Menu and Config.Commands. Set any of them to false to turn it off. The key uses a Windows key code, for example 0x78 is F9 and 0x79 is F10.
Admins are players with the kartikhud.admin ace, RSG admins, or VORP players in the admin group.
