HUD
A full RedM HUD with cores, needs, temperature, horse, effects and an in-game editor
kartik-hud replaces the default RedM HUD with one players can make their own. Every part can be moved, resized, recolored and switched off in game, and the survival side (hunger, thirst, temperature, drink, sickness) is built in.
Works on RSG, VORP and standalone.
Players set it up their way, you set the default. Every player can change the look and layout from the in-game menu, and admins can save their layout as the server default in one click.
🌟 What it does
- ❤️ Player cores: health, stamina and Dead Eye, each with an outer ring and an inner core, gold (overpowered) cores, a recharge glow and a warning pulse when low.
- 🐎 Horse HUD that appears when you mount: health, stamina, bonding level and the horse's name.
- 🍖 Needs: hunger, thirst, stress, cleanliness, fatigue, alcohol, drugs and sickness, with activity based drain and real effects when they run out.
- 🌡️ Body temperature from the weather, your clothes, fires, being indoors and being wet.
- 🍺 Effects: drunk walk, screen effects, passing out, sickness, freezing and overheating, all shown as effect chips with timers.
- 🍞 Consumables: over 25 items ready to use with animations and props, item quality and ingredient metadata, and one export for any inventory.
- 🎨 6 themes (Saddle, Parchment, Saloon, Tintype, Midnight, Ember) and 10 gauge styles (Cylinder, Halo, Pocket Watch, Horseshoe, Badge, Spur, Ledger, Rail, Lantern, Stamp).
- 🖌️ Per element colors, a global accent mode, grayscale and HUD size.
- 🧭 Compass and location with town and region names, plus a postmark stamp with the town name when you ride in.
- 🗺️ Map frames in 8 styles, and minimap modes (always, on horseback, hidden).
- 💰 Money, ID, job and players online, with money change popups.
- 🎙️ Voice for pma-voice, SaltyChat, YACA or Mumble, with range and radio channel.
- ✋ Layout editor: drag any part of the HUD with a snap grid and center guides, then copy its position for your config.
- 👁️ Show modes: Pinned, Flash (after a change), or Warn (only when it needs your attention).
- 📷 Photo Mode with an old photograph frame and a brass caption plate, plus a toggle to hide the HUD.
- 🕶️ Streamer mode that hides ID, name and money.
- 🧩 Server widgets: add your own bars and values from config or any script.
- 💾 Saved per character on the server, so settings follow players to any PC.
- 🌍 Five languages: English, French, German, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.
