Employee Payroll
Company accounts have an Employees page where the company boss can see every employee, their salary and their last payout, and pay salaries from the company account.
💵 How salaries are paid
- The salary is the grade salary from your framework job (
paymenton QBCore / Qbox,salaryon ESX) multiplied by the number of full days since the employee's last payout. - The money is taken from the company account first, then paid into the employee's personal Fleeca account.
- If the company does not have enough money, nothing is paid and nothing is taken.
- If the employee cannot be paid (for example they have no personal account), the money goes straight back to the company account.
- Every payout shows up in the company's transaction history as Salary Payment to (name) and is added to the employee's payout history.
👔 Who can pay employees
Only a player whose job is the company and who has a boss grade (isboss on QBCore / Qbox, the boss grade on ESX) can use Pay and Pay All. Other employees can still open the company account but cannot start payouts.
⏱️ Automatic payouts
The salary rollout (in days) set on the Employees page controls how often the whole company is paid automatically. Automatic payouts also take the money from the company account, and are skipped for that run when the company cannot cover every salary due.
